Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Caca Creation Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and products, including but not limited to Employee ID Badges, Event Badges, Visitor Badges, Membership Badges, Plastic PVC Badges, and Smart ID Badges. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Ordering Process
1.Quotation: Clients can request a quotation based on their specific requirements.
2.Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once the Client provides written approval of the design and terms, and payment is received.
3.Customization: For personalized badges, Clients must provide accurate design specifications, logos, and text. The Company is not responsible for errors in designs approved by the Client.
4.Production: The production timeline will be communicated to the Client upon order confirmation.
Payment Terms
l Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins, as agreed upon during the order confirmation process.
l All prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise specified.
l Payments can be made via approved methods outlined in the invoice.
Delivery
l The Company will make every effort to deliver products within the agreed timeline. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain disruptions) will be communicated promptly.
l Shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated.
l The Client must inspect all products upon receipt and notify the Company of any issues within 7 business days.
Returns and
Refunds
l Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to the Company’s error.
l Standard (non-customized) products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in original condition.
l Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of returned items.
Intellectual
Property
l All designs, templates, and materials provided by the Client remain their property. The Company will not use these materials for purposes unrelated to the Client’s order.
l Designs created by the Company remain the Company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of
Liability
l The Company is not liable for:
1. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
2. Issues arising from improper use or handling of the products by the Client.
l The Company’s total liability is limited to the cost of the defective products or services provided.
Confidentiality
The Company ensures that all Client-provided information, including designs, logos, and personal data, will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for order fulfillment.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of USA Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of USA Jurisdiction.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Company’s services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
